It’s an overnight (12-14 hr) journey from New Delhi [R K Ashram Marg Metro Station] to Patlikuhal stop (20 km before Manali).The bus will start at 5 PM and no delay in reporting are going to be compromised. The bus will stop 1-2 places in between for dinner and next morning will drop you between 6-9 am at Patlikuhal. Our pick-up vehicle will take you to our Rumsu base camp from Patlikuhal.
Kailashrath Treks is outsourcing the bus services to a vendor at seatseller. Tickets are going to be emailed before the trek. We are providing bus services in order that the entire group can travel together within the same bus and reach the bottom camp at an equivalent time. Please follow the rules and rules/regulations of the bus company provider.

Get down at Patlikuhal(20 kms after kullu and 20 kms before Manali) and continue with a jeep ride for Rumsu Base camp [11 kms]Participants report at Rumsu base camp by 8 AM and can undergo registration process. Freshening up and breakfast will happen at the bottom camp. Post breakfast we'll choose an acclimatization walk.
Lunch at 1 PM. Post lunch orientation. Orientation will cover all the overall instructions that would be helpful for the trek like backpacking, marching technique and medical awareness. Post snacks we'll have an ice breaking session.
Overnight occupy Rumsu base camp.
After breakfast all the trekkers will start their trek to Naya Tapru (2,800 meters). The trek route goes through some dense forest, filled with pine, fir, oak, chestnut trees. there's an ascent for the jungle and takes around 4 to five hours to succeed in Naya Tapru. we'll have our packed lunch at Ghan Kulhadi. Ghan kulhadi may be a large plain green meadow amidst the dense forest. Overnight stay in tents at Naya Tapru camp.
After breakfast all the trekkers will start their trek to Chandrakhani Pass with their packed lunch. we'll start the trek early by 6 AM. The trek route features a moderate ascent and takes around 4 hours to succeed in Chandrakhani Pass. the very best point of the pass is 3,660 meters. Just adjacent to the Chandrakhani Pass lies Dhana Kunnu Pass. the whole place is related to the famous Jamdagini Rishi, one among the seven saptarishis.
We will then start descending from Chandrakhani and can camp at Chaklani. The descent is straightforward and takes around 2 hours. Over night stay in tents at Naya Tapru camp site.
After breakfast all the participants will start their descent for Rumsu base camp. The descent route is that the same because the ascend one and takes around 4 hours. shower and hot lunch at Rumsu base camp. Departure at 4 PM from base camp for brand spanking new Delhi via Semi Sleeper Volvo.
Reach New Delhi by 8 AM. Keep 6 hours buffer time for your onward travel.
