In case of cancellation of the group from the organizer's side due to any unavoidable circumstances, we will try to transfer the booking in another departure (if the client denies opting for the transfer of booking to another group then there will be no refund) 

Advance Amount is Non-Refundable & Non-Transfer to any change of date from Client Side. Or Any Cancellation for any reason.

In case of cancellation from the client side after the registration at any point in time, then in that case there will be no refund or adjustment of booking amount.

If cancellations are made 30 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

If cancellations are made 15-30 days before the start date of the trip, 75% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

If cancellations are made within 0-15 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees. are made within 0-15 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

In the case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be canceled and in such cases, the operator will try his best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided for the same.

No Refund. In case of a change in the departure date SWAYOURWAY reserves the right to change the booking date of the client in case of customer request 60 days prior NO REFUND ON UNUTILIZED SERVICES OF THE PACKAGES, (IF ANY).
